On contacting choe I was incorrectly told I would be chased back by Workington hospital. The hospital did not know about this, this error was admitted and these things happen but it delayed my treatment by 1 1/2 hours.

A lot of improvements, mainly communication issues could help patients very significantly.
I brought my son to A and E to be redirected to choc at 7 pm. I inquired his appointment time, on the 2nd occasion, I was told his time was 8.45pm but with a further wait. I am ill, having not long been out of ICU and have since missed my medication.

Appropriate height chairs for people post total hip replacement room and lower than recommended and displayed.
